Novel Oral Anticoagulant Drug Program

Application requirements:

♦ Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card holder

♦ Patient of Hong Kong Hospital Authority

♦ Patient who has the orginal copy of prescription from the Hong Kong Hospital Authority

Service targets:

♦ Patients who fulfill all the above requirements

♦ Patients who have enrolled in Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Scheme are eligible for a greater amount of subsidy.
