♦ Hong Kong Identity Card holder; and

♦ Patient of Hospital under the Hong Kong Hospital Authority; and

♦ Patient who has the original prescription from the Hong Kong Hospital Authority

♦ Patient 50 years old or above OR have enrolled in Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Scheme
